How do they do it?

I don't know how other moms do it. How do you keep a clean house and have kids? I do the dishes, laundry,sweep,make meals...or at least try to. Most of the time I don't do those things cause I am spending more time with my kids. So how do other moms do both and still seem not overworked and sane? My house normally looks messy cause I would rather be relaxed and spend time with my family and then have time to myself then constantly cleaning my house. Is that wrong?
